About Host Family Ireland
Host Family Ireland was created to fill a void.
Many families have the space and are interested in offering accommodation to foreign visitors, and Ireland is
a very popular destination for people to come to learn English.
Host Families complete one of our application forms, offering accommodation to either live as a member of their family or, if they
have the facilities, to live independent of the family with as much or as little interaction with the family as is agreed between
them. These details will be stored in our database.
Once potential guests register with us, when they login, they will have access to search our database for a suitable host family. At
no time will the host families personal information be made available, guests will search on location and a number of specifications, such as
smoking or non-smoking. Once they have found a match, the guests contact information will be emailed to the host family, at this stage
it is up to the host family to complete the introduction, or they may choose not to.
